    **MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Financial Analyst** to join our team in **Washington, D.C** .

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of more complex financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.

    + Provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects.

    + Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas.

    + Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.

    + Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.

    + Provides key financial analysis and management reporting by managing various monthly reporting processes.

    + May assume a team lead role for the work group.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (additional experience may be substituted for education).

    + 4+ years of relevant experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor.

    + Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.

    Clearance Requirements:

    + Must hold an active Secret Clearance

    Physical Requirements:

    + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

    + Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
