Job Summary
The PCG Recruiting team is expanding to support and further enhance the visiting advisor’s experience at recruiting events, conferences and group home office visits. Candidate will be involved with all aspects of recruiting, travel and event coordination. Works under limited supervision. Applies some advanced skills to the position or specialization. May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates domain knowledge with an understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and department integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the business group. May begin to apply project management skills. Exercises considerable independent judgment and relies on experience to determine best approach to achieve desired outcomes. May recommend modifications to processes to resolve situations. Duties and tasks are frequently variable and complex. Resolves most questions and problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Conference Planning, Coordination and Logistics for several recruiting programs.
+ Act as the point person between the team and other internal partners, including home office visit coordinators, departments (corporate) and external speakers from partner firms and other organizations.
+ Build relationships with a wide variety of corporate departments to ensure that we are meeting their needs.
+ Partner with Marketing and HOV Coordinators to prepare all conference communications, including invites, save the dates, reviewing registration materials, etc.
+ Assist in planning agenda’s for conferences including developing and maintaining a library of content from home office and external sources.
+ Building a repeatable workflow/checklist of required tasks for effectively planning events.
+ Manage any pre- and post-work for conferences to ensure effective distribution and follow up.
+ Ensure follow up surveys are sent to attendees to assess conference content and financial advisor/attendee engagement.
+ Send attendee lists to participating sponsors and ensure the receive communications in a timely manner.
+ Send and manage outlook appointments relative to ensuring speakers and relevant attendees are blocked as needed.
+ Support conferences as needed including collecting and managing all presentations/Power Points, handouts, etc. Assist onsite at conferences when needed.
+ Attend recruiting conferences to gain exposure to the atmosphere, ensure the events run smoothly and build partner relationships.
+ Get up to speed on conference planning logistics to assist meeting planning when needed.
+ Develop a plan for and maintain content on social media platforms for programs that use it.
+ Manage the recognition programs for service associates within the businesses.
+ Coordinate recruit travel for select conferences and symposiums.
+ Assist with HOV Symposium, HOV training webinars, HOV presenter recognition and special projects
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
Education/Previous Experience
+ Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in related field with a minimum of three (3) years of experience
+ OR ~
+ Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, Bachelor’s: Construction Management
Work Experience
General Experience - 3 to 6 years
Certifications
PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) - Project Management Institute (PMI)
