Position Summary
The Senior Analyst – Retail Operations and Learning Technology supports BSRO retail locations, corporate departments, and educational training initiatives by gathering, validating, and analyzing data, developing reports, and implementing data-driven solutions. This role also supports the BSRO Learning Management System (LMS) and collaborates with IT and HR teams to find technical solutions for data needs.
Responsibilities
Reporting, Data, and Analytics:
+ Process, track, analyze, and verify program accuracy for compliance.
+ Create and provide analysis and reports using multiple data platforms.
+ Support leaders with reports, issue research, and data-driven recommendations.
+ Develop and distribute ad-hoc reports.
+ Recommend countermeasures based on business analysis.
+ Develop operational procedures and document data flow.
+ Perform data verification as needed.
Operational Cross-Functional Support:
+ Collaborate on operational and reporting/analytics projects.
+ Lead and support special projects and operational excellence initiatives.
+ Support strategic direction for learning technology, including LMS and content delivery.
+ Act as an expert on learning data analytics and liaison to the Enterprise LMS Team.
+ Ensure efficient operation and support of the LMS.
+ Provide support to department with labor and productivity data, analysis, and insights.
Expense Management and Budget Reconciliation:
+ Manage payment and reconciliation of expenses for Retail and Field Operations.
+ Support expense management for large-scale meetings and events.
Data Solutions and Automation:
+ Develop data collection systems for various needs (e.g., AMEX, chargeback, hotel management).
+ Collaborate on data solutions fitting the infrastructure.
+ Create monthly and annual performance reports.
+ Implement automated solutions for education data processes.
+ Maintain and enhance reporting for the education team and field.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or related field, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
+ Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
+ Experience with financial systems (Lawson, SAP).
+ Ability to work with large datasets in cloud-based data warehouse environments.
+ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Retail automotive experience.
+ Learning and Development experience.
+ Experience with data transformation tools (Alteryx) and Excel PowerQuery/PowerPivot.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
