Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a **Inventory Cycle Count Coordinator** to join our **Global Planning Team** located in **Danvers, MA.**

Key Responsibilities:
The Inventory Cycle Count Coordinator would be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation processes, including the investigation and execution of permanent fixes for reoccurring count discrepancies. This role requires partnership with both the warehouse and manufacturing teams that are executing the counts and ensuring the process is being completed in an accurate and compliant manner. The coordinator will support all the sites for Abiomed that are required to implement and execute the cycle count program.
+ Ensure the planning and execution of the counts are being made, and coordinate resolution to any issues that might hinder the counts from being executed according to their required frequency.
+ Deploy the cycle count program to any site that might have not yet been fully integrated into this process.
+ Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
+ Ensure rapid execution of systematic error resolution.
+ Maintain accurate records of all cycle counts and adjustments.
+ Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper inventory handling and storage.
+ Generate reports and KPIs related to inventory accuracy and cycle count performance to be presented regularly to business senior leadership.
+ Ensure inventory processes comply with company policies and procedures.
+ Recommend improvements to inventory control processes.
Qualifications:
+ Experience with inventory cycle count in a highly regulated environment - biotech, medical device, pharma, etc.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
+ Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
+ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience in partnership efforts across the value stream – to include manufacturing, logistics, finance.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Familiarity with supply chain management software or ERP systems is a plus.
Working Conditions:
+ Work is typically performed in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
+ Based in the Danvers, MA site with routine travel to site locations globally.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$77,000-$124,200
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
