Our client, a world-class global food safety and quality partner, is hiring! They offer services to the food and nutrition industry in the way of testing, auditing, consulting, training, research and other various services. You have the opportunity to work in state-of-the-art laboratories at competitive compensation, multiple shifts made available to you, and with generous overtime!

Pay:** **$18.50/hr

Shift:

+ Rotating shifts

+ Overtime required

Responsibilities:

+ Receive and log in sample in preparation for analysis.

+ Review sample and any attached documentation to assign an identification numberand enter information into Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

+ Prepare documentation as necessary.

+ Contact client, when necessary, to obtain and clarify missing or unclear information to ensure that identification of client code, test code, and sample contents are accurate.

+ Store samples in appropriate manner until analysis is completed and appropriately dispose of extra samples.

+ Prepare packages for pick up by shipping vendors.

+ Prepare samples to be shipped to other testing facilities when necessary.

Requirements:

+ High school diploma coupled with a minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience.

+ Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
