Geisinger is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Emergency Medicine team at Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital. Position Responsibilities
+ Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in the Emergency Department
+ Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under physician supervision
+ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical education
+ Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
Qualifications
+ Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
+ Current PA license or eligibility to obtain
+ Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred, but not required

Position Details
Lycoming County, the largest in the state and one of the most rural, offers beautiful views in its parks and forests. Wildlife is bountiful and you may even see aneagle or two.
