Job Description
We are looking for a **Senior Key Account Specialist** to join our talented team within Revelyst Outdoor Performance. The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inwards. We will build the Outdoor Performance business by creating focus and power with the consumer. The Global Commercial team will drive growth by winning customers and channels while finding efficiency in a consolidated commercial management structure.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through engagement with Key accounts in North America for the Bushnell, Primos and Hoppes brands. This role will drive growth through existing Key account partners, distributor management, and new strategic accounts.
As a leader within the sales team, this role will be expected to lead the account management and sales strategy for existing and new accounts, making strategic choices consistent with the selected brands and long-range distribution plan objectives, delivering results, and providing strong leadership.
This position reports to the **National Sales Manager** **for Bushnell, Primos and Hoppes** and is located in Bozeman, MT.
As the Senior Key Account Specialist** **, you will have an opportunity to:
+ Supportsales management team to drive growth in sales revenue, within agreed upon expense budget, and customer engagement through consistent application of a key account management process, metrics & tools including account plans, quarterly business reviews, category management, etc.
+ Leverage North American National Account Strategy to grow Key accounts.
+ Build and manage strategic Sales Calendars to meet the needs and deadlines of National and International Key Accounts.
+ Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities through an understanding of the Key Account culture and key decision makers.
+ Develop professional credibility and position the select brands as a strategic partner with senior-level decision makers and influencers across all categories.
+ Lift Key Account sales performance through leveraging in-house account strategy with Sales Reps managing non-in-house Key Accounts.
+ Work with appropriate channel partners and cross-departmentally to develop strategies that align Revelyst values with Key Account customer needs and opportunities.
+ Liaison with Product Line Managers on key segment needs and product innovation opportunities.
+ Assess, identify, and keep ahead of competitive tactics, potential threats, and emerging distribution opportunities.
+ Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and provide key brand assets for Key Accounts.
You Have:
+ A Bachelor's degree
+ 2 - 4 years of experience
+ Sales experience, outdoor industry experience preferred.
+ Familiar with analyzing account specific needs to develop to support a plan to grow business.
+ Experienced public speaker with strong in-person presentation skills.
+ Ability to develop and manage relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
+ A proven track record of exceptional organizational, planning, and negotiating skills in addition to exceptional verbal and written communication.
+ Must be highly motivated and results oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment, with the ability to easily adapt to change and consistently meet deadlines.
+ Ability to work autonomously within guardrails and regularly suggest ways to improve services and processes.
+ Strong PC skills/aptitude. Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
+ Overnight domestic travel, up to 30%.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $77,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
