Looking for an opportunity to make an impact in a transforming industry?
We are seeking a **Welder** to join our Anderson-Negele team! This position fabricates and welds new products and subcomponents that are essential in the manufacture of the precision sanitary instrumentation offered by Anderson-Negele. The position will set-up and perform welds following standard operating procedures, prepare tooling as required, read and interpret blueprints and produce parts to quality and production standards. As a Welder you will continuously learn and develop that will help drive career path within Manufacturing.
1** **st** **Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
In this role you will:
+ Perform high precision TIG welding on new parts, components and finished products per sanitary welding standards
+ Ability to braze and solder as necessary
+ Maintain area, equipment, and tooling in a safe, clean and satisfactory operating condition
+ Complete accurate and timely material tracking information
+ Perform cleaning, testing and finishing tasks as required
+ Responsible for process monitoring and identification of weld and assembly defects
+ Support manufacturing readiness in all phases of the new product introduction process to meet or exceed launch schedules
+ Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints and correctly utilize gauging instrumentation as required
+ Set-up and operate weld equipment, turn tables, lathes, drill presses, and bench grinders as necessary per standard operating procedures under minimal supervision
+ Interpret and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) using computer systems without the need for detailed part drawings, ensuring accurate assembly and production.
+ Adapted quickly in a fast-paced, highly configurable manufacturing environment while supporting a cross-trained, close-knit welding team to ensure flexibility and resilience.
+ Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills by independently prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

On your first day, we’ll expect that you’ll have:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to work in a team environment
+ Successful completion of ASME weld certification (preferred)
+ Minimum of 5 years prior tig welding experience

Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is $18.13 – $33.61 /hr
