    Job Summary

    Drive game day greatness! As General Manager of Concessions, you will lead operations and oversee all aspects of concessions delivery. You will spearhead innovation, ensure service excellence, and manage teams to deliver unforgettable experiences at every event.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

    + 5+ years of foodservice or concessions leadership experience

    + Proficiency in financial reporting, inventory systems, and scheduling software

    + Valid ServSafe or food safety certification

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee all concessions operations, staffing, and logistics

    + Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations

    + Collaborate with culinary and purchasing teams to ensure quality and efficiency

    + Monitor financial performance and control costs

    + Train, coach, and manage front-line and supervisory staff

    + Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements
