Overview
The Senior Account Executive works in conjunction with account teams and leadership to fulfill client asset coordination, campaign planning, execution, management, and analysis. This role interfaces with our clients daily and is responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship. This position is designed for someone with at least 3 years of work experience and is the key contributor for all client day to day issues and projects.
Senior Account Executives also work closely with the project management, strategy, data, analytics, creative and business affairs/production teams to appropriately define the client’s opportunity and deliver a set of solutions aimed at fulfilling brand objectives. This role is a global one and requires the ability to develop strong relationships with regional clients across the globe (inclusive of North America/Enlarged Europe/LATAM/Middle East & Africa/India Asia Pacific). Success will be measured in ability to assess regional goals and needs and help to align them to global goals and efforts. Being able to multi-task, problem solve, bring a 'can-do' attitude, and a proven ability to work in a collaborative environment is paramount. International and automotive marketing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Can develop a bigger picture understanding of multiple client's marketing strategies (globally)
+ Anticipates client questions and has thought out answers/solutions
+ Always thinking about how we can better serve clients and grow their business
+ Owns area of expertise and can confidently answer client/team questions independently
+ Demonstrates thinking/communicating from the client's perspective as well as Razorfish Account Management
+ Performs day-to-day client contact
+ Coordinate deliverables for weekly status reports (projects, due dates, etc.)
+ Develops and presents creative briefs to clients and internal teams
+ Partners with the project management team to ensure commitments made are realistic, within scope and delivered without error
+ Prioritizes & sets expectations on deliverables
+ Drives client communication and cross team coordination
+ Strong client-service orientation and proven team player
+ Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
+ Tracks regional campaign assets and clearly communicates with the larger global teams
+ Motivated to seek out new opportunities for production to meet regional requirements
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
+ Must be local to Metro Detroit, or willing to relocate
+ 3+ years account coordination experience within a communications or advertising agency
+ Some experience overseeing creative development and production
+ Has a basic knowledge of asset management and global usage rights
+ Automotive knowledge and working experience preferred
+ Strong strategic and creative ambition
+ Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
+ Strong time-management and organizational skills
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
+ Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal & client-side relationships
+ Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills
+ Understands marketing reporting and able to contribute insights
+ Excellent MS Office skills

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $70,900 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
