This role is responsible for leveraging a deep knowledge of software quality assurance discipline and automation implementations to manage our quality team and drive quality initiatives across the board to ensure highest quality for all our product deliverables. A strategic leader who possesses the functional and technical acumen to oversee quality for Reporting and Analytics, Applications, Service Now projects and establish relationships, interact with stake holders at all levels and ensure on-time delivery of new product features, enhancements and bug fixes with the highest quality that delight end users. You will go beyond implementing Data Quality Initiative. You will be serving the Salesforce, Marketing value stream and responsible for Automation implementation for different team in IT.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 10+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in a management role, leading a QA team of at least 4 resources.
+ Extensive experience in Selenium (JAVA) automation testing for Salesforce/Web applications, with hands-on experience in managing code reviews, ensuring code quality, and managing SQL queries, joins, and stored procedures.
+ Strong understanding and practical experience in managing Agile and Scrum practices using ADO boards and GIT repos, with a focus on Agile QA.
+ Expertise in Azure DevOps, Python, ETL, AWS, Azure Databricks, and Power BI testing.
+ Ability to drive automation strategy, establish QA processes from scratch, mentor team members, and use metrics to measure and improve quality over time.
+ In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and experience architecting testing strategies and implementing continuous automation for high-quality deliverables.
Preferences:
+ Ability to set up automation frameworks for AWS and Azure Databricks platforms. Familiarity with APM tools like Sumo Logic, Dynatrace, etc.
+ Experience in using AI tools for testing purposes. Knowledge of ServiceNow and Workday is an added advantage. Understanding of Power BI data models and warehousing concepts.
