    Required Background Includes:

    + U.S. citizenship

    + Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the required level

    + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or relevant military experience instead of a degree

    + Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting aviation platforms

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills

    Ideal Background includes:

    + Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience

    + Experience providing airworthiness support for DoD aviation systems

    + Active DoD security clearance
