**Position:** Guest Service Associate (Floor/Phone Center)

**Location:** Honolulu, HI

**Schedule:** Mon-Sat, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Sunday & one weekday off)

**Pay Rate:** Starting at $18/hour

Job Summary:

Join Kelly Services, promoting the Spirit of Aloha in a premier floral shop. Seeking three enthusiastic associates to deliver outstanding customer service with collaboration and learning commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide tailored product suggestions engagingly.

+ Process sales and wrap merchandise efficiently.

+ Address communications within two hours.

+ Handle order fulfillment and inventory checks.

+ Solicit new business and maintain customer database.

+ Arrange floral displays and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months of relevant experience preferred.

+ Proficient with computers and eager to learn about plants.

+ Strong communication and basic math skills.

+ Professional appearance required; tattoos must be covered.

+ Able to lift up to 25 lbs and withstand low temperatures.

+ Background check and drug test required.
