The Core Treasury Management General Manager (CTM GM) is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and performance of offerings including Lockbox, eLockbox, EBPP, TRIPS, and RDC. This role combines leadership, market insight, and operational execution to drive product success from ideation through launch and lifecycle management. The CTM GM acts as the central point of accountability for product vision, roadmap, and profitability, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
Job Functions:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities
Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept through development, launch, and post-launch optimization
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure timely and successful product delivery
Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of product managers or fostering a high-performance culture
Customer & Market Insight: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback loops to inform product decisions
Financial Stewardship: Own product P&L, set pricing strategies, prioritize capital allocation across portfolio, and manage budgets to maximize ROI
Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and use data-driven insights to refine product offerings and improve outcomes
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
+ 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prefer Experience in Banking Commercial or Treasury Management environments.
+ 7+ years' of management
+ Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
+ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
+ Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across teams.
+ Passion for innovation and customer-centric design.
