Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior HRIS Business Analyst will lead system implementations, software upgrades/releases, retirement/replacement of applications at end of life cycle and HRIT data conversion activities associated with M&A activity. The Senior HRIS Business Analyst will also provide operational and maintenance support for applications within the HR technology landscape. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: HRIS System Management Oversee the daily support of the HCM system. This includes leading the service request process with the HRIS team and emergency change execution and communication. Propose and conduct business process optimization (where applicable) within HR systems to more efficiently utilize the system, speed completions, and enhance the end-user experience and maximize self-service for employees. Understand how data and foundation tables are constructed, impacted through configuration changes, and where dependencies lie regarding integrations and system/version updates. Develop and maintain a continuous improvement model for the HRIS application landscape considering feature enhancements delivered in vendor releases. Build the technical configuration of HCM components such as PTO policies, pay policies, and accrual policies. Fully understand and apply the construct of creating, implementing and supporting integrations. Maintain role-based security models across a diverse organization while balancing the needs for a low maintenance/consistent design. Create and maintain system documentation. Project Management Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements, leading to an actionable project request. Develop project schedules and coordinate internal, business partner, and vendor resource availability. Create detailed work plans and activities needed to complete request. Execute projects according to the project plan. Provide management and business partners with regular status updates, current project burn rate, and identify potential risks/road blocks. Reporting/Database Requirements Work with the customer to identify the data elements required for reports Create reports and reporting dashboards as needed/requested. Utilize reporting tools to automate execution and delivery including advanced reporting functionality such as dash boarding, bursting, alerts, etc. Create data and integration audits where/when necessary to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree in information technology, mathematics, human resources or related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience working and leading projects in an HRIS role. ICIMS implementation and system administration experience a plus. 5 + years experience managing HR technologies to include designing/creating and building integrations between HCM and Talent Acquisition system. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to execute job responsibilities with minimal supervision / involvement from others. Demonstrated ability to balance business expectations with compliance, the company's policies, and preferences through negotiation and appropriate escalation. This is a hybrid role located in St. Louis, Missouri. In office days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Work from home days are Mondays and Fridays. #LI-remote The pay range for this position is $86,899 - $128,609 per year.
