    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $32 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems

    + Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure

    + Install and maintain water supply systems in new structures

    + Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)

    + Install new fixtures or replace faulty fixtures (warranty work)

    + Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as a plumber Valid CO journeyman license

    + 3+ years experience Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances

    + Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)

    + Good communication and interpersonal skills

    + Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces

    + Reliable transportation

    + Tools of the trade

    + Ability to work in variable weather (cold, heat, windy, etc)

    + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
