    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $19 - $25 / hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a Chef / Cook Assistant:

    + Prepare food for service (e. g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

    + Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

    + Clean up station and take care of leftover food - Stock inventory appropriately

    + Ensure that food comes out in high quality and in a timely fashion

    + Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

    + Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

    + Help oversee prep cook's duties and tasks

    Available shifts:

    Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

    Job requirements:

    + Participate in the teardown and set up of the Kitchen

    + Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

    + Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

    + Strong knife skills are essential

    + Ability to handle and prepare a variety of raw and cooked foods

    + Potential for heavy lifting, may work on one's feet for up to 10 hours, work in loud environment

    + Background check required

    + Must have valid Drivers License
