Eaton’s Bussmann division is currently seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor. This is an on-site position based at our Ellisville, MO location.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year.

What You’ll Do:
Join our fast-paced and innovative distribution center as a Distribution Center Supervisor and lead a dedicated team to deliver operational excellence. You'll oversee day-shift activities, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement using advanced systems like WMS, SAP, and Autostore.
+ Lead and support a unionized team, providing clear direction and resolving daily operational issues.
+ Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of finished goods.
+ Champion safety and enforce compliance with all safety protocols
+ Manage inventory control, including cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
+ Drive productivity and space optimization through process improvements.
+ Maintain performance metrics and ensure adherence to 5S+ standards.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support order processing.
Required (Basic) Qualitifcations:
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR an Associate’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years manufacturing/operations experience OR a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
+ Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with SAP/WMS
+ Experience working with automated technology in a distribution center
+ Experience with inbound and outbound logistics
+ Experience managing conflict in the workplace
