We are seeking an accomplished Associate Partner to join our dynamic team, driving business development and leading impactful Salesforce engagements across Financial Services.
Your role and responsibilities
As an Associate Partner within our Salesforce Financial Services Practice, you will play a pivotal role in growing the practice by identifying, shaping, and closing significant consulting engagements. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge in Financial Services, expertise across Salesforce clouds—including Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud—and your proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Your responsibilities will include:

Driving substantial revenue growth through strategic expansion within our existing Financial Services client base.

Leading multi-million-dollar Salesforce programs, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and profitable outcomes.

Collaborating closely with senior client executives (CXOs) to shape and align Salesforce-led digital transformation strategies.
*
Providing visible and inspirational leadership, mentoring high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
*
Defining and refining offerings and value propositions in response to evolving market demands and client needs.
*
Managing key client relationships and developing new business opportunities by demonstrating thought leadership and industry eminence.
Hybrid: Your work location of City, State was assigned based on business need and currently your role designated as a hybrid role. Hybrid roles are expected to perform their primary duties from a combination of IBM location, client sites or work at home. The required number of days to be in the office is to be determined by your management team. Any changes to this work arrangement must be preapproved by your manager before any changes are made.
This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
Required technical and professional expertise

Deep Financial Services industry expertise, including banking, insurance, wealth management, or capital markets.
*
Proven track record of significant revenue growth through strategic client engagement and business development within Financial Services.
*
Salesforce certifications, including Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant certifications.
*
Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and delivering complex, multi-million-dollar Salesforce projects.
*
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing teams.
*
Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex solutions clearly to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
*
Proven capability in resolving complex client challenges through innovative, strategic Salesforce solutions.
Preferred technical and professional experience

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce consulting, specifically within the Financial Services industry.
*
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
*
Experience in Agile methodologies, design thinking, and digital transformation practices.
*
Proven ability to excel in complex, matrixed environments, working collaboratively with global teams.
*
Track record as a recognized thought leader in customer experience transformation and Salesforce-enabled innovation.
*
Ability to travel up to 75% as needed to support client engagements and practice growth.
