Position Details:

**Location:** Concourse Center (with local travel throughout the Tampa Bay Area)

**Status:** Full Time, Exempt

**Shift Hours:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, specializing in employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and team member engagement. You’ll consult with leaders and employees, providing expert guidance on complex workplace matters while supporting compliance and policy adherence.

This position also supports remote consultations and may require occasional local travel for in-person meeting **s** within the Tampa Bay area.

Your Role Within the Team

+ Provide direct support on employee relations and performance issues

+ Lead workplace investigations and internal audits

+ Interpret policies and ensure compliance with HR practices and regulations

+ Deliver training and coaching to leaders and employees

+ Collaborate with leadership to drive engagement and resolution

Qualifications

+ **3+ years of Human Resources experience (employee relations focus required)**

+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (Master’s preferred)

+ Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills

+ Experience supporting customers remotely (strongly preferred)

+ Willingness to travel locally as needed
