Description
**Job Purpose:** This is a technical position that is responsible for purchasing and delivering food, supply and PPE stock. This position assists with auditing food, supply and PPE stock, making purchases and deliveries for multiple facilities within the agency.

+ Responsible for shopping, purchasing and delivery of all weekly food and household supplies for multiple Community Based Residential Facilities, Pharmacy, and Whole Health Clinical Group (WHCG) departments as needed.
+ Assists the agency in keeping all purchases within each cost center’s allowed budget.
+ Works in collaboration with Purchase Coordinator II to ensure Community Based Residential Facilities purchase needs are met with quality products selected and reliable delivery.
+ Responsible for reconciling purchase account statement.
+ Assists with menu development with client participation.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
**Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure and Credentials:** _(Where appropriate, education and/or experience may be substituted)_
**Minimum Required Education:** High School Diploma/GED
**Minimum Required Experience:** Preferred, minimum of 1 years’ experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

**Travel Type:** Up to 25%
**Required Valid Driver’s License:** Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
**Required Auto Insurance:** Vehicle liability insurance in accordance with Agency policy
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
+ Knowledge to use work related equipment and applications such as cell phone and texting, computers, photo copier, Microsoft Office, and Teams.
Physical Requirements, Visual Acuity, and Work Conditions:
**Physical Requirements** : Medium work: Exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Reaching, Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction. Standing for sustained periods of time. Climbing steps, walking, moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, pushing, pulling. Lifting, raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to-position. Fingering, picking, pinching, grasping items, typing, or otherwise working. Talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Hearing, perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
**Visual Acuity** : Employee required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
**Working Conditions** : The worker is subject to both environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and outside.
