Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Helicopter Maintenance Program Analyst to support our client in Cheyenne, WY. This individual will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and maintaining key performance metrics for MH-139 aircraft operations, including scheduling effectiveness, maintenance trends, and logistics data. They will compile reports for leadership, monitor historical FAA and military documentation, and ensure compliance with FAA, OEM, and Air Force standards. Utilizing IMDS and GOLDesp systems, they will plan and forecast inspections and time-change components, while coordinating with customers and maintenance control to support sortie flight schedules under the Flying Hour Program.

They will also streamline maintenance documentation processes, manage inspection trackers, and develop databases to support maintenance goals. Additionally, this individual will assist with data requests, support logistics planning for future kitting needs, contribute to the development of the MH-139 dashboard, and maintain a master inventory of locally generated forms used across operational sites. The schedule is 1st shift 7:00-3:30pm, but must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Skills and Requirements

Secret Clearance

3 years of experience with the airline/aerospace industry or relevant industrial sector companies utilizing data analytics

3 years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

3 years of experience with Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project) Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in manufacturing one or more of the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical Integration, Aircraft structures, Composites Assembly

Experience with military aircraft, specifically helicopter operations null
