Job Description

This role involves overseeing supplier performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the Director is responsible for guiding a team of supplier relations professionals, fostering development, and aligning team activities with the organizations procurement and supply chain strategies.

Salary range based on experience: $130,000-150,000

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree

10+ years experience in supplier relationship management, procurement, or supply chain

Experience in the medical distribution or healthcare sector

Proven track record of leading supplier management strategies, contract negotiation, and vendor performance optimization.

Experience managing and developing a team

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Proficiency in supply chain management software MBA null
