Job Description
One of our big tech clients seeks a Technical Program Manager to join a product innovation focused data center team. As a "Generalist" Technical Program Manager, you will lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery aligned with strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business units, to define project scope, develop schedules, and communicate risks effectively. You will drive action items to closure by following up with stakeholders and ensuring accountability, while also developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including scope, schedules, and risk management plans. Regularly, you will provide updates to stakeholders at all levels, clearly communicating project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. In this role, you will foster a proactive and collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
We are looking for individuals with a variety of experience across the data center world, including electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience managing successful projects in hyperscale mission-critical industries such as oil and gas or data centers.
Strong engineering background (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
Proven track record of effective follow-up and action item management.
Excellent project management skills, including scope development, schedule development, and risk communication.
Sharp, proactive, and exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and drive results. Engineering degree.
Experience in data centers.
Expertise in risk management. null
