Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with strong analytical and process design skills to support the CVSH HRIT in the ongoing enhancement and implementation of workforce management systems, including Workbrain. This role will focus on requirements gathering, testing, and stakeholder collaboration, with an emphasis on time and attendance functionalities and future scheduling modules.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Payroll to gather and document business requirements.

Support the Workbrain upgrade and implementation of new modules (e.g., Attendance, Scheduling).

Collaborate with the vendor (Strada) and internal teams to manage day-to-day application operations, review testing, etc.

Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

Contribute to governance efforts in a lean organizational structure.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications

37 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in workforce or HR systems.

Strong experience in requirements gathering, testing, and stakeholder communication.

Familiarity with Workforce Management (WFM) systems; Workbrain experience is a plus but not required.

Understanding of time and attendance systems; experience with scheduling modules is a bonus.

Ability to think critically and interpret data to support decision-making.

Experience with flowcharting and process design tools.

Exposure to agile methodologies and participation in sprint planning and retrospectives. Preferred Qualifications

Advanced SQL query experience

Familiarity with Workbrain/Infor HCM

Current hands on support in all phases of testing (unit, system, UAT), ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.

Create process flows and documentation using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. null
