Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist

**Summary:** Join our dynamic team as a Senior On-Site Service Specialist, where you will play a

pivotal role in transforming our clients' experience through top-notch operations support. You will

engage with cutting-edge technology in high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, and mailing

tasks, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. Whether it is performing maintenance,

troubleshooting, or providing reception services, you will be the heart of our service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail in a medium to low-volume setting

+ Transport materials safely and efficiently across multiple floors

+ Provide courteous and professional service to associates throughout the building

+ Support room setups and assist with various operational tasks as needed

+ Maintain accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines

+ Utilize computer systems to track and manage packages (experience with Tracs is a plus)

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in a medium to small-scale mailroom environment

+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout the day

+ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking, customer-facing environment

+ Proficient with computers; familiarity with Tracs is advantageous

+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

Qualifications Nice to Have:

**•** Previous experience in copy jobs or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair.

• Valid driver's license with minimum auto insurance coverage.
