    Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Chronic RN to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the patient care team supporting individuals with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Chronic RN

    **Location:** Corsicana, TX

    **Pay Range:** Recommended pay rate: $50.00

    **Shift:** 8 hours per shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.

    + Perform ongoing assessment and documentation of patient data during hemodialysis treatment.

    + Educate patients and their families on treatment options and care plans.

    + Administer medications and respond to emergency situations as needed.

    + Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

    + Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.

    + 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years.

    + Chronic hemodialysis experience is required.

    + Current CPR BLS Certification.
