Our client, a leading provider in the alarm monitoring industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Shift 3 to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the dynamic operations supporting a team dedicated to ensuring safety and security. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative - Shift 3

**Location:** Portland, OR

**Pay Range:** $19.00 per hour

**Shift:** 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

What's the Job?

+ Effectively answer and make inbound/outbound calls related to alarms, providing timely and exemplary service to associates, technicians, and business partners.

+ Monitor facilities for intrusion, fire, refrigeration failure, and duress alarms, ensuring swift response to emergencies.

+ Troubleshoot alarm system issues and respond to emergency-related calls with a calm and composed demeanor.

+ Collaborate with internal partners to deliver reporting that drives business decisions and enhances operational efficiency.

+ Communicate with local police and fire departments for emergency dispatch, adhering to established standards and protocols.

What's Needed?

+ Some call center and/or customer service experience is preferred.

+ Must have a wired internet connection and a private, distraction-free workspace.

+ Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.

+ Must be able to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

+ Willingness to take on additional duties to support continuous improvement.
