Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting production optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer

**Location:** Eden Prairie, MN

**Pay Range:** $20- $25 p/h w-2

**Duration** : 12 month contract

What's the Job?

+ Work with moderate direction to identify and resolve engineering issues related to manufacturing processes.

+ Examine equipment, processes, operations, and assembly to determine necessary time or quality revisions and suggest improvements.

+ Perform engineering work related to planning and adapting methods to enhance manufacturing production.

+ Carry out changes or monitor operations standards to ensure compliance and efficiency.

+ Develop and implement inspection and test methods to maintain quality assurance.

What's Needed?

+ A degree in Engineering or a related field.

+ Experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
