Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is seeking a QA Manager to join their team. As a QA Manager, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the overall quality and safety of food products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and develop teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** QA Manager

**Location:** Chicago, Illinois

What's the Job?

+ Oversee the quality systems and food safety programs across manufacturing facilities.

+ Develop, implement, and maintain corporate quality policies and programs.

+ Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and implement corrective actions.

+ Collaborate with R&D and Operations on new product introductions.

+ Lead internal and third-party audit readiness and compliance.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Engineering, or related discipline.

+ 10-15 years of QA Management experience in canned goods manufacturing.

+ Thermal Processing Experience and knowledge of FDA regulations.

+ Strong leadership and project management skills.

+ Ability to travel to the Milton, PA facility as needed (less than 20%).
