    Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking an Operational Technology Engineer to join their team. As an Operational Technology Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting various teams across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Operational Technology Engineer

    **Location:** Phoenix, Arizona (Relocation may be required)

    **Pay Range:** $90,000 - $115,000

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of SCADA and MES systems.

    + Collaborate with System Support Specialists and Maintenance Technicians to guide automation equipment work.

    + Analyze and recommend equipment modifications to enhance production processes.

    + Ensure compliance with control standards set by IT and Corporate Engineering.

    + Develop training materials and effectively train Operations and Maintenance personnel on control systems.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's Degree or Technical College Certificate in engineering, electronics, or a related field.

    + At least five years of experience with sophisticated control systems and logic programming.

    + Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages.

    + Experience with SCADA systems, particularly Ignition and Redzone.

    + Understanding of networking and complex network architectures.
