    Chart Water, a Chart Industries Company is seeking an **Electrical Controls Specialist** position at our **Duluth, GA** location.

     

    _What Will You Do?_

     

    + Deliver technical services and support to end-users for all company products

    + Interact with customers to obtain, provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services

    + Prepare quotes for parts / service needs

    + Research required information using available resources

    + Follow standard processes and procedures

    + Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications

    + Redirect problems to appropriate resource

    + Stay current with system information, changes and updates

    + Effectively manage large volume of customer interaction

    + Train new hires and team on new build(s)

    + Create standard work instructions

    _Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…_

    + Sitting for long periods of time working on a computer

    + Walking through the production floor

     

    _Your Experience Should Be..._

     

    + 3 Plus years’ experience

    + Must have mechanical aptitude

    + Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately; demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
