About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a talented Senior Manager to lead a team of Business Execution Consultants to join our growing Marketing Audience Operations team as part of Enterprise Marketing Services organization. In this role you will partner with stakeholders and play a pivotal role as a leader overseeing the targeting activities across Small Business marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing financial returns, assessing key marketing levers for future optimization, and providing strategic consultation on marketing data to enable marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for engaging with Marketing Leaders, Channel Leaders and Product Leaders to enable business strategies through marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement, while continuously improving campaign performance and efficiency.
In this role, you will:
+ Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, resolution, and measurement of Marketing Operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
+ Lead and develop strategic efforts with the Line of Business that will lead to Marketing campaigns, specifically advising on available data to target, segment and personalize to achieve campaign strategies
+ Coordinate and consult with Marketing Services Product teams to ensure audience targeting capabilities and data is available to support marketing campaign strategies.
+ Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
+ Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
+ Provide leadership to identify and design the development of new data-based solutions that drive process efficiency, speed to market and mitigate risks
+ Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
+ Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
+ Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
+ Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
+ Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
+ 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 3+ years Management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
+ Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
+ Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with internal partners
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities, exercise independent judgment, and use critical thinking skills
+ Experience in coaching and influencing management
+ Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
+ Strong project management skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization.
+ Experience leading large cross functional initiatives
+ Management consulting experience or consulting experience on strategic initiatives
+ Strong understanding of project management principles and standards
+ Experience in change management, both in Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
+ Expert experience in conducting complex analysis and communicating results and recommendations to executive audiences.
+ Extensive knowledge with analytics
+ Experience in identifying and managing regulatory compliance and risk
+ Experience with Adobe Audience Manager and marketing operations
Job Expectations:
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$167,000.00 - $260,000.00
