Description We are looking for a skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This long-term contract role requires a creative and meticulous individual to oversee paid advertising campaigns and ensure their effectiveness across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facebook and Google ads, with the ability to create compelling content and optimize campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
• Design and manage paid media campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms to achieve business goals.
• Develop and maintain an organized library of content for ad campaigns, including copy and visuals.
• Rebuild and optimize Facebook ad accounts, ensuring compliance with current guidelines to avoid account bans.
• Create engaging ad copy and content to drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance results.
• Collaborate with team members to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on changes to advertising guidelines and best practices for Facebook and Google.
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns and address issues with urgency.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the campaign process. Requirements • Proven experience managing Facebook and Google ad campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
• Expertise in creating ad content, including copywriting and visuals.
• Familiarity with advertising platform guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to act quickly in dynamic situations.
• Up-to-date knowledge of paid media strategies, tools, and trends.
