Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Frisco, Texas. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in payment processes. As part of this role, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable function while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices in compliance with company policies and guidelines.

• Coordinate and initiate check runs to ensure timely payments.

• Communicate with manufacturers and internal stakeholders to address vendor account inquiries.

• Perform monthly reconciliations for general ledger payable accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function.

• Collaborate with team members to gather and verify necessary documentation for transactions.

• Handle corporate card reconciliations and travel expense reimbursements efficiently.

• Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the department. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable processes.

• Proficiency in invoice processing and financial reconciliation.

• Familiarity with SAP or similar financial systems.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Capability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

• Knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and corporate expense procedures.
