Description We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team in McKinney, Texas. In this role, you will oversee vital financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset to support the Finance team and contribute to the company’s overall financial health.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including coding vendor invoices and preparing customer invoices.

• Apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.

• Reconcile accounts and follow up with customers to address any discrepancies or delays in payment.

• Process vendor payments promptly and verify invoices for correct documentation and approvals.

• Assist in handling employee expense reimbursements and travel claims efficiently.

• Support month-end close activities, focusing on accounts payable and receivable reporting.

• Perform additional accounting tasks to assist the Finance team as required. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools commonly used in accounting.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and credit risk management is a plus.
