Description Desktop Support Analyst (Long-Term Contract) Location: Lexington, Ohio We’re seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Lexington, OH. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to support a large-scale, Microsoft-based IT environment within a dynamic manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both onsite and remote support and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving workstations, hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. Provide Tier 1–3 support for Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365. Set up, configure, and maintain desktop and peripheral devices, including system imaging and scanner management. Deliver detail oriented, responsive support to a diverse user base, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations to support efficient operations. Assist with onsite deskside support and contribute to technical projects as needed. Support a large user base (approx. 4,600 employees) across multiple sites. Assist with the administration of backup solutions and configuration management systems. Provide basic support for Apple devices and user guidance when necessary. Requirements Requirements: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a Desktop Support or similar IT support role. Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, and domain infrastructure. Skilled in troubleshooting and providing support for Microsoft Office applications and Office 365. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and detail oriented under pressure. Experience with hardware setup, imaging, and configuration, including desktops, laptops, and scanning equipment. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and prior experience in a manufacturing environment, are preferred. Familiarity with Apple device support is a plus. Working knowledge of backup solutions and configuration management tools. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
