Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Accountant to join our team in Lehi, Utah. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment while ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle payroll and multi-state payroll processing, along with a strong understanding of payroll tax reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to maintain payroll records and execute payroll functions efficiently.

• Prepare and submit accurate payroll tax reports on a timely basis.

• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies with precision and professionalism.

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all payroll transactions.

• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to streamline payroll processes and ensure accuracy.

• Monitor updates to payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.

• Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and correct any errors.

• Generate detailed payroll reports for management review and decision-making.

• Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing, preferably within a multi-state environment.

• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.

• Strong knowledge of payroll tax reporting and compliance requirements.

• Familiarity with multi-state payroll regulations and procedures.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.

• Effective communication skills for resolving payroll-related issues.

• Ability to adapt to changes in payroll laws and implement necessary adjustments.
