Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to C-suite executives, including the CEO, CFO, and HR leader, in a dynamic healthcare environment. This long-term contract position is based in Manassas, Virginia, and requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth executive operations and fostering collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary liaison between executives and board members, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Prepare, proofread, and edit executive correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate and manage executive meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics.
• Develop and distribute newsletters and other communications using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, and SharePoint.
• Oversee the reception area and supervise support staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents.
• Assist in tracking organizational metrics and driving accountability for executive-level priorities.
• Foster a positive and collaborative environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Support the growth and operational efficiency of the organization by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Requirements • Minimum of 4 years of experience providing administrative support to C-suite executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated experience in creating newsletters and managing communication platforms like WordPress.
• Ability to act as a liaison between board members and executives, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. TalentMatch®
