Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Equity Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex payroll and equity-related projects for a global organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in compensation, equity issuance, and international tax compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee equity issuance processes, including stock administration and options vesting.
• Conduct detailed compensation analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and compliant practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to administer compensation and benefits programs effectively.
• Address and resolve issues related to workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with international and foreign tax requirements for payroll and equity transactions.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex tax matters tied to equity and payroll.
• Maintain accurate records of equity transactions and reporting requirements.
• Support the implementation of equity-related initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate compensation policies to align with best practices and legal standards. Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll, equity administration, and compensation management.
• Proven expertise in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and administration.
• Strong knowledge of equity issuance, options, vesting, and stock administration processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Experience with international and foreign tax compliance related to payroll and equity.
• Ability to navigate complex tax scenarios and provide actionable solutions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
