Description
We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Creative Services Coordinator who thrives in both design and marketing administration. The role will focus heavily on graphic design (70%) while also supporting marketing administrative tasks (30%). If you're a creative powerhouse with an eye for detail and a knack for organizational efficiency, this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design (70%)
You will design a variety of creative assets, tailored for both print and digital formats:
+ Print Materials: Flyers (8.5 x 11 and smaller), posters, brochures, business cards, and billboards.
+ Digital Assets: Social media graphics, retargeting, and other advertisements.
+ Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand standards across multiple franchise locations.
+ Optimization: Create imagery and assets optimized for varying platforms.
Marketing Administration (30%)
You will aid in the day-to-day execution of marketing operations across franchise locations:
+ Social Media Management: Schedule content using tools like Soshi or Sprout Social, manage listings, monitor analytics, and interact/respond to customer reviews on platforms.
+ Content Planning: Assist in publishing and scheduling content calendars across multiple platforms.
+ Franchise Support: Coordinate marketing efforts across many locations and ensure uniformity in brand messaging.
+ Purchase Order Management: Handle marketing-related POs and budget tracking tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Design Proficiency: Ability to create polished and cohesive graphics for both print and digital platforms. Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
+ Marketing Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling solutions (Soshi, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.). Basic knowledge of paid ad structures and asset requirements is a plus.
+ Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with franchisees and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
+ Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organization and multitasking skills to prioritize multiple deliverables, especially when coordinating across various franchises.
+ Preferable Experience: Background in franchise marketing and knowledge of multi-location brand strategies.
