    Position Overview

    Adecco is seeking a **Forklift Operator** to join the team in Somerset, NJ. This position is responsible for safely transporting products throughout the facility and supporting warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Safely operate a forklift to move products from production lines to storage areas

    + Load and unload products from company transport vehicles

    + Maintain clean and organized warehouse and loading areas

    + Participate in daily inventory tasks, including cycle counts

    + Verify load sheets and ensure accuracy of equipment and product distribution

    + Assist with product ordering and inventory control

    + Support shipping and receiving functions

    + Collaborate with production and warehouse teams as needed

    Job Requirements

    + Must be **18 years or older**

    + **Forklift experience and valid certification required**

    + **Current driver’s license required**

    + Ability to work safely in all weather conditions

    + Basic computer, data entry, and math skills

    + Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed

    + Ability to lift up to **66 lbs** safely

    + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

    Dress Code & PPE

    + **Steel-toed boots and high-visibility clothing are required**

    + **Slip-resistant footwear mandatory**

    + Factory dress code: no pockets or pins due to safety guidelines

    Interview Process

    + **Manager review and interview required**

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
