    **Position Type:** Onsite | Duration: Approx. 3+ months

    **Pay Rate:** $ 21.00/hour

    **Schedule:** Sunday – Thursday | 7:00 PM – Finish

    Client is a leading North American beverage company with a portfolio of iconic national and regional water brands.

    Position Overview:

    Adecco is hiring a **Warehouse Utility** worker to support operations in Lakewood, NJ facility. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, strong communication and organization skills, and the flexibility to work evening shifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Safely maneuver pallets of full goods within the warehouse

    + Load outbound shipments onto third-party carrier trailers

    + Receive domestic orders from other BTB facilities

    + Maintain clean and organized work areas including forklift equipment

    + Complete daily Loader Activity Logs

    + Execute the dock schedule with 100% accuracy

    + Optimize dock door utilization

    + Provide support and direction to warehouse staff and palletizers

    + Handle pick ticket processing and inbound/return receipt within 24 hours

    + Communicate effectively with Yard Utilities and carriers to streamline operations

    + Troubleshoot shipping issues and ensure quality compliance

    + Assist the Warehouse Manager with additional tasks as required

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

    + 2–3 years of warehouse experience preferred

    + Forklift certification/experience required

    + Strong computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office, Outlook)

    + Ability to identify damaged or defective product

    + Strong multitasking and communication skills

    + Flexible with work hours and open to overtime and off-shift coverage

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Additional Information:

    + **Dress Code & PPE:** Steel-toed boots and high-visibility clothing required. Slip-resistant footwear is mandatory. No pockets or pins permitted in the work environment.

    + **Interview Process:** Manager review and interview required. Offer extended after successful interview.

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
