    Logistics Specialist – Day Shift | Suffolk, VA

    **Shift:** 10:00 AM to Close (approx. 6:30–7:00 PM, with OT possible until 8:00 PM)

    **Schedule:** Monday–Saturday (Sunday off; second day off discussed during interview)

     

    Adecco is hiring a **Logistics Specialist** to support day-to-day logistics operations for a major client. You’ll handle order entry, routing, dispatch, and delivery coordination to ensure exceptional service and on-time performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Communicate with customers, delivery teams, and business partners via phone/email

    + Track deliveries and assist with routing and dispatch

    + Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally

    + Process delivery changes, cancellations, and documentation

    + Check in drivers and verify product returns

    + Maintain delivery records and update internal systems

    Qualifications:

    + 1+ year logistics or transportation experience

    + Strong multitasking and organizational skills

    + Customer service mindset with issue-resolution ability

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    **Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
