Your Role:
As a **Sales Engineer** , you’ll lead sales initiatives, manage customer relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive business growth. You’ll be the bridge between technical teams and clients, ensuring seamless communication, compliance, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Lead New Business Development** : Manage inquiries, proposals, and bid strategies
+ **Contract & Proposal Management** : Review terms, negotiate, and ensure compliance
+ **Program Oversight** : Act as Program Manager for new business until handoff
+ **Customer Engagement** : Build relationships through site visits and strategic follow-ups
+ **Sales Forecasting & Analysis** : Develop forecasts, analyze performance, and drive improvements
+ **Team Leadership** : Support and train Customer Service Representatives
What You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business (preferred)
+ 2+ years in technical OEM sales (aerospace/aviation preferred)
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
+ Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
