Posting Summary
Assist in managing a competitive NCAA Division I intercollegiate men’s and women’s track and field/cross country program within the context of the educational mission of the University. Assist in the recruitment of student-athletes. Provide leadership for the program and utilize skills and knowledge to provide positive expertise in instruction and tactical aspects of track & field.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree and one to three years’ experience in recruiting NCAA prospects and/or coaching at the intercollegiate level or equivalent required. Experience coaching technical events is required including but not limited to: Jumps, Hurdles, Decathlon/Heptathlon. Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to demonstrate skill techniques required as well as an ability to travel extensively. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion required.

Anticipated Pay Range $52,000 - $55,000
Other Information
Special Conditions A probationary period may be required, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), Background Check required for this position
