Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lab Recruitment Specialist to lead the hiring efforts for Quality Control (QC)and Quality Assurance (QA) roles. In this remote position, you will partner closely with hiring managers to identify top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational goals. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles for QC/QA positions.
+ Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified professionals.
+ Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
+ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
+ Coordinate interview logistics and maintain timely communication with all stakeholders.
+ Manage candidate records and workflows in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
+ Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
+ Stay current on industry trends and regulatory updates relevant to pharmaceutical QC/QA hiring.
Required Qualifications
+ 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on QC/QA roles in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
+ Solid understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and other compliance frameworks.
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
+ Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience recruiting for roles such as QC Analysts, QA Specialists, and Validation Engineers.
+ Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and terminology.
Work Environment
This is aremote position with standard business hours (Monday–Friday, day shift). You’ll join a collaborative and inclusive team that values professional growth and innovation. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
