    The Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of a dynamic residential real estate sales office. This individual serves as a trusted resource for independently affiliated sales agents, clients, and vendors—delivering exceptional administrative, systems, and customer service support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

     

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organized, with a strong commitment to timely execution and operational excellence. This role directly contributes to agent success and the overall performance of the office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide administrative, technological, and systems support to independently affiliated sales associates.

    + Ensure efficient branch office operations by managing key functions, including but not limited to:

    + Onboard newly affiliated sales associates, ensuring they are properly set up in company systems and supported throughout the process.

    + Offer basic support for social media efforts and marketing activities.

    + Coordinate office logistics such as supply orders, business cards, name badges, and other essentials.

    + Maintain office appearance and support routine equipment upkeep.

    + Manage front desk responsibilities, including welcoming guests and handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned to support office operations and agent success

    Qualifications:

    + 1–2 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles, with an emphasis on supporting office operations

    + Prior real estate experience preferred

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems

    + Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

    + Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

    + Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of internal teams and external contacts

    + Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a dynamic, team-based environment; adaptable to changing business priorities
