    Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager

     

    We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager to lead and manage compensation, benefits, and HR operations programs. This role is critical in executing key HR initiatives that attract, retain, and support employees while ensuring alignment with organizational values and business goals.

     

    This is a highly collaborative position ideal for someone who thrives on balancing program execution, process improvement, employee experience, and operational efficiency. You will oversee the day-to-day administration of compensation programs, benefits offerings, and HR systems, while also contributing to strategic process design and improvement initiatives.

    Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership

    + Develop and lead the Total Rewards strategy, implementation, and execution.

    + Oversee the implementation and maintenance of new HRIS/HCM/ATS systems.

    + Co-lead the strategic vision for HRIS capabilities.

    + Manage cyclical HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and calibrations.

    + Lead a team of four HR professionals across HR Generalist, Benefits, and HRIS functions.

    Compensation & Benefits

    + Administer broad-based compensation programs, including salary reviews, job evaluations, and market benchmarking.

    + Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure competitive and consistent job offers and internal movements.

    + Oversee the development, communication, and administration of total rewards programs including health, wellness, retirement, and leave benefits.

    + Collaborate with brokers and internal teams during benefits renewal and open enrollment, including employee communications and vendor coordination.

    + Monitor benefits trends and recommend enhancements based on employee needs, cost, and market data.

    HR Operations & HRIS

    + Manage the HRIS system to support business needs and data-driven decision-making.

    + Identify and implement process improvements across compensation, benefits, and HR systems.

    Collaboration & Projects

    + Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to execute HR operations and total rewards initiatives.

    + Contribute to special projects such as HRIS upgrades, compensation structure reviews, and benefits rollouts.

    + Provide day-to-day support and guidance to HR colleagues and employees on total rewards and HR operations topics.

    Qualifications

    + 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, with expertise in at least two of the following: Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, or HRIS administration.

    + Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.

    + Strong team leadership and project management skills.

    + Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

    + Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

     

    Offers a comprehensive benefits package to its employees, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and paid time off. Specific benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a Health Savings Account (HSA). They also provide a 401(k) plan
