    The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting supply chain data to support decision-making and improve efficiency across procurement, production, inventory, and logistics. This role plays a key part in identifying trends, forecasting demand, and supporting strategic initiatives within the supply chain function.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.

    + Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, supplier performance, and on-time delivery.

    + Support demand forecasting and production planning through data modeling and scenario analysis.

    + Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to improve supply chain processes.

    + Assist in ERP system data management and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

    + Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions.

    + Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain performance and resilience.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

    + 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    + Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

    + Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

    + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with statistical forecasting or inventory optimization tools.

    + APICS or similar supply chain certification.

    + Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00/hr.
